This website is owned & operated by IT STUDIO (AUST) PTY LTD trading as MyFragrance (ABN: 47 104 062 642). Your use and access of this website indicates you agree with our Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions may change so it is suggested that you check back from time to time, particularly before making a purchase.
Product Descriptions
We put a lot of time & effort into our product descriptions, images & pricing to ensure that you receive the most accurate of information. However at times human errors and data migration errors may occur. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us for clarification.
Pricing
All pricing is in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are valid only in Australia. All prices are GST Inclusive as required by law. All prices on the website are a representation of the price and are not binding if an error has occurred. If an error has occurred neither parties are bound to the transaction.
Orders
By making an order on this website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline the offer based on a number of factors. These include product availability, errors in pricing, errors in your order, or any information you provide deemed suspect or inconsistent.
Out of Stock & Back Ordering.
In the event that the product you selected in out of stock you will be given the option to cancel your order or place the product on backorder.
Product Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
You may return new, unopened, unused items within 7 days for a refund. There is no refund of the postage costs. We cannot refund based on personal taste issues. We can only refund to the credit card used for the initial purchase.
Shipping
Please note that for your privacy and security all orders must be signed for upon delivery. We do not accept liability for a delay in the event that there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address. Any additional resending costs will be by the customer.
If the delivery details provided by you are incorrect, an additional delivery charge may be incurred.
Unfortunately we do not ship to addresses outside of Australia.
Risks
All risks for the product transfer to the buyer when the order leaves our warehouse and is dispatched. The title of the products remains with MyFragrance until payment is made in full.
Security & Privacy
MyFragrance will endeavour to maintain a secure purchasing environment. We understand the dangers involved in online trading and will take all reasonable measures to protect all parties and limit any breaches. No customer details will be supplied to any other party.
Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled before 11am of the next working day.
